Through a custom plan, clients will walk away with a clear, sustainable understanding of how to nourish their body according to their goals, as well as their interests. Clients will develop deep self-awareness around food, and the ability to self-regulate. The ultimate outcome of the process is absolute food freedom and optimized physical health.
